International Journal of Economic, Social Science and Management Law (IJESSML)  is a quarterly online publication dedicated to advancing research in Information Technology, IOT, Management and Computer Engineering. As a peer-reviewed journal, it prioritizes high-quality original research, comprehensive reviews, and concise short communications. IJEML encourages innovative ideas and timely contributions, with a strong emphasis on emerging trends and cutting-edge developments in the field.

  1. Scope of the Journal
    The International Journal of Economic, Social Science and Management Law (IJESSML) publishes original, high-quality research articles, review papers, and case studies in the domains of Social Science papers, English , Physics, Commerce, Education, LAW, Management, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, Smart Systems, Industry 4.0, and Technology Management. Interdisciplinary research that integrates computing technologies with management, healthcare, finance, smart cities, and engineering applications is strongly encouraged.
  2. Originality and Plagiarism Policy
    Manuscripts submitted to IJEML must be original and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions are screened using standard plagiarism detection tools. The similarity index should generally be below 15%, excluding references and common phrases. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in immediate rejection.
  3. Types of Manuscripts Accepted
    IJEML accepts original research papers, review articles, survey papers, short communications, and case studies. Research papers should present novel contributions, while review papers must provide critical analysis and comprehensive coverage of recent literature. Case studies should demonstrate real-world implementation and practical relevance.
  4. Manuscript Preparation and Formatting
    Authors are required to prepare manuscripts in IEEE format. Papers should be written in clear English and submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx). The recommended length of the manuscript is 8–15 pages, including figures, tables, and references. Use standard fonts (Times New Roman), double-column format, and appropriate section headings.
  5. Structure of the Manuscript
    The manuscript should include the following sections: Title, Author(s) Name(s) and Affiliation(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Related Work/Literature Review, Methodology or Proposed System, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and Future Scope, and References. Abstracts should be concise (150–250 words) and clearly state the objective, methodology, and key findings.
  6. Figures, Tables, and Equations
    All figures and tables must be clear, properly labeled, and cited in the text. High-resolution images are recommended. Tables should include descriptive captions above them, while figures should have captions below. Mathematical equations must be clearly written and numbered consecutively where necessary.
  7. References and Citations
    All references must follow the IEEE citation style. Citations should be numbered consecutively in the order of appearance and indicated in the text using square brackets [ ]. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all references.
  8. Peer Review Process
    IJEML follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartial and rigorous evaluation. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Based on reviewers’ comments, manuscripts may be accepted, accepted with minor revisions, requested for major revisions, or rejected.
  9. Revision and Acceptance
    Authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ and editors’ comments and resubmit within the stipulated time. Failure to submit revisions on time may result in rejection. Final acceptance is subject to editorial approval and compliance with journal standards.
  10. Article Processing Charges (APC)
    IJEML follows an open-access publication model. Article Processing Charges (APC) are applicable after acceptance of the manuscript. Details regarding APC for India, USA, and other countries are available on the journal website. No submission fee is charged.
  11. Copyright and Open Access Policy
    Upon acceptance, authors are required to submit a copyright declaration. Published articles are made freely accessible to readers worldwide under the journal’s open-access policy, ensuring wide visibility and citation potential.
  12. Ethical Considerations
    Authors must adhere to ethical standards in research and publication. Any conflict of interest must be disclosed. Research involving human participants or sensitive data should comply with relevant ethical guidelines and approvals.
  13. Submission Process
    Manuscripts should be submitted through the official email or online submission system provided on IJEML.com. Authors are advised to carefully check formatting, plagiarism level, and completeness before submission.
