It involves the systematic evaluation of financial statements using key financial ratios that help managers, investors, and stakeholders assess the financial health of an organization. This study examines the importance of ratio analysis as a strategic decision-making tool and highlights various techniques used to interpret financial data effectively. The research focuses on major categories of financial ratios including liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, leverage ratios, and activity ratios.
