Organisations are adopting to artificial intelligence (AI) very rapidly which is revolutionizing business processes and decision making. AI applications in businesses span multiple areas, including content creation, data analytics, automation as well as pattern recognition Purpose: This study investigates the role and impact of AI technologies on various organisational practices, including decision-making, process automation etc. In this article, we explore how organisations are adopting AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and gain competitive advantage. It also examines the challenges and ethical considerations associated with AI implementation. Methodology: The research is conducted by collecting data from secondary sources like scholarly literature, industry reports, and case studies. Results: Adoption of AI is influenced by factors like AI readiness, change capability, leadership involvement etc Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing how organisations operate and make decisions on a daily basis. Conclusion: The evolution of AI has greatly transformed the nature of organisational framework and integration of AI is crucial for organisation success.
