The Role of Female Participation in Politics

This research paper explores the significance of women's involvement in politics, the present state of female representation, major obstacles, and approaches for enhancement. By analyzing secondary data from worldwide reports and scholarly articles, the research determines that women's engagement in politics enriches policy variety, fosters social equity, and fortifies democratic frameworks. The study concludes that boosting women's participation in politics is not only a part of equality but also essential for efficient governance.
