Employee Relationship Management (ERM) plays a vital role in improving employee satisfaction, motivation, productivity, and organizational performance by fostering healthy relationships between employees and management. Effective ERM practices help organizations create a positive work environment, reduce employee turnover, enhance communication, and strengthen employee engagement. This study, titled "A Study on Perception of the Effectiveness of Employee Relationship Management Practices in HCL Company Pvt. Ltd.," aims to analyze employees' perceptions regarding the effectiveness of the organization's employee relationship management practices. The study focuses on key aspects such as communication, employee engagement, grievance handling, training and development, performance appraisal, recognition and rewards, workplace culture, and job satisfaction. Both primary and secondary data were used for the research, with primary data collected through structured questionnaires from employees and secondary data obtained from company reports, research journals, books, and other reliable sources. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis, tables, charts, and graphical representations. The findings indicate that effective employee relationship management practices have positively influenced employee satisfaction, trust, teamwork, motivation, and organizational commitment at HCL Company Pvt. Ltd. The study concludes that continuous improvement in communication, employee welfare initiatives, career development opportunities, and transparent management practices will further strengthen employee relationships, improve organizational performance, and contribute to the long-term success of the organization.
