Abstract

Transformational leadership is one of the most effective leadership approaches that helps organizations improve employee engagement, workplace motivation, productivity, and organizational performance. This study focuses on transformational leadership and its impact on employee engagement within an organization. In modern business environments, leaders play an important role in guiding employees, improving teamwork, encouraging innovation, and maintaining organizational growth. Transformational leaders motivate employees through inspiration, communication, support, recognition, and positive workplace relationships. Employee engagement refers to the emotional commitment, involvement, participation, and dedication employees show toward organizational goals and workplace activities. Organizations implement various leadership strategies such as employee empowerment, recognition systems, communication practices, training programs, teamwork activities, and motivational initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace efficiency. The study examines employee perceptions regarding leadership support, workplace communication, motivation practices, teamwork, and organizational involvement. Technological advancements and modern management systems have significantly improved communication, employee participation, leadership effectiveness, and workplace collaboration in organizations.
