Abstract

Job efficiency is a critical determinant of organizational productivity, employee performance, and overall business success. It reflects the extent to which employees effectively utilize their skills, time, and organizational resources to accomplish assigned responsibilities. This study examines the relationship between job efficiency and three important employee-related variables: motivation, job satisfaction, and employee engagement. Employee motivation influences the willingness and effort employees contribute toward achieving organizational objectives, while job satisfaction reflects their level of contentment with their work environment, responsibilities, and organizational practices. Employee engagement represents the degree of employees psychological involvement, commitment, and enthusiasm toward their work. The study aims to understand how these factors individually and collectively contribute to improved job efficiency. A structured research approach can be adopted to collect primary data from employees through a questionnaire, followed by statistical analysis to determine the relationships and influence among the variables. The findings are expected to provide useful insights for organizations in developing effective human resource practices, improving employee experiences, strengthening engagement, and enhancing overall job efficiency. The study emphasizes that organizations seeking sustainable performance should consider employee motivation, satisfaction, and engagement as interconnected factors rather than isolated workplace variables.
