Abstract

Employee attraction and retention have become critical strategic priorities for organizations operating in a competitive and rapidly changing employment environment. This study examines the employee attraction and retention strategies adopted by Infosoft HR Services, with particular emphasis on recruitment practices, compensation and benefits, career development, training opportunities, workplace culture, employee engagement, recognition, and work-life balance. The study seeks to understand the factors that influence employees decisions to join and remain with the organization and to assess the effectiveness of existing human resource practices. A descriptive research methodology can be adopted using primary data collected from employees through a structured questionnaire, supported by secondary information from relevant HR literature and organizational sources. The study provides insights into employee expectations, satisfaction levels, organizational commitment, and factors contributing to employee turnover. The findings are expected to help Infosoft HR Services strengthen its talent management practices, improve employee engagement, enhance job satisfaction, and develop sustainable retention mechanisms. The study concludes that an integrated approach combining competitive rewards, career growth, supportive leadership, recognition, learning opportunities, and a positive work environment is essential for attracting and retaining a committed workforce.
