Abstract

This study focuses on the advertising strategy and effectiveness of Bharti Airtel in influencing consumer awareness, brand perception, and customer satisfaction. Advertising plays a vital role in the telecommunications industry by helping companies create brand identity, attract new customers, and maintain competitive advantage. Airtel has adopted various advertising strategies through television, digital media, social media platforms, print media, and celebrity endorsements to strengthen its market presence and customer engagement. The main objective of the study is to analyze the advertising strategies implemented by Airtel and evaluate their effectiveness in reaching target audiences and influencing consumer behavior. The research also examines customer opinions regarding Airtel advertisements, promotional campaigns, brand recall, and service-related communication. Both primary and secondary data sources are used for the study. Primary data is collected through questionnaires distributed among consumers, while secondary data is gathered from company reports, journals, websites, and previous research studies. The findings of the study indicate that Airtels advertising strategies are highly effective in creating strong brand awareness and customer connectivity. Consumers perceive Airtel advertisements as creative, informative, and emotionally appealing. Digital marketing and social media campaigns have significantly improved customer interaction and brand visibility. The study concludes that effective advertising strategies contribute positively to Airtels market growth, customer loyalty, and competitive position in the telecom industry.
