The integration of digital technologies into human resource management has significantly transformed recruitment practices across the globe. E-recruitment, defined as the systematic use of internet-based platforms for attracting, screening, and selecting candidates, has emerged as a dominant hiring methodology in the rapidly digitising Indian economy. This study investigates the perception, credibility, and satisfaction levels of post-graduate jobseekers in Nagpur City towards e-recruitment systems. A quantitative research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 150 respondents through a structured questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. Statistical tools including Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were employed to examine the hypothesised relationships. The findings reveal that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and platform credibility significantly influence jobseekers' overall satisfaction. Regression coefficients confirm that perception (β = 0.52, p < 0.05) and credibility (β = 0.47, p < 0.05) are robust predictors of satisfaction. The study contributes to the growing body of digital HRM literature by providing regionspecific insights from a Tier-II Indian city and proposes strategic recommendations for improving recruitment platforms from the candidate experience perspective.
