Cloud computing has transformed the way organizations collect, process, and analyze business data by providing scalable, flexible, and cost-effective computing resources. As businesses generate increasingly large volumes of structured and unstructured data, traditional decision-making systems struggle to process information efficiently and provide timely insights. Consequently, cloud-based decision intelligence has emerged as a powerful approach that combines cloud computing, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and business intelligence technologies to support data-driven organizational decision-making. Predictive business analytics enables organizations to forecast future business trends, identify potential risks, optimize operational performance, and improve strategic planning using historical and real-time data. This study proposes a cloud-based decision intelligence framework for predictive business analytics by integrating scalable cloud infrastructure, machine learning algorithms, econometric analysis, and intelligent decision-support systems. The proposed framework utilizes cloud-tiered data pipelines to manage data collection, storage, processing, visualization, and predictive modelling across distributed computing environments. A quantitative research methodology is adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed framework in improving prediction accuracy, operational efficiency, scalability, and business decisionmaking. The expected findings indicate that integrating cloud computing with predictive analytics significantly enhances organizational performance by enabling faster data processing, improved forecasting accuracy, and intelligent decision support. The proposed framework contributes to business analytics by providing a scalable, efficient, and intelligent cloud-based architecture capable of supporting modern business organizations in achieving sustainable competitive advantage through evidence-based decisionmaking.
