FROM EXPERIMENT TO ENTERPRISE: HOW GENERATIVE AI IS RESHAPING PRODUCTIVITY AND STRATEGIC DECISIONMAKING
Abstract
The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence marked a decisive transition in 2024 from experimental applications to enterprise-wide deployment across industries. Organizations increasingly integrated generative AI tools into core business processes, influencing productivity levels, managerial decision-making, and strategic planning. This study examines how generative AI adoption reshaped organizational productivity and supported strategic decision-making during 2024. The research analyzes the role of automation, data-driven insights, and human–AI collaboration in enhancing operational efficiency and managerial effectiveness. By evaluating enterprise adoption patterns and performance outcomes, the study contributes to understanding the strategic implications of generative AI as a transformative general-purpose technology.
