Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence into organizational workflows accelerated significantly by 2025, shifting the nature of work toward human–AI collaboration rather than automation-led displacement. AIaugmented workplaces increasingly rely on machines to support decision-making, task execution, and performance monitoring, redefining skill requirements, employee well-being, and leadership practices. This study examines how working alongside intelligent systems influences employee skill development, psychological well-being, and leadership dynamics in 2025 organizations. The research analyzes the conditions under which AI augmentation enhances human capabilities while preserving autonomy, motivation, and trust. By integrating perspectives from human resource management, organizational behavior, and AI governance, the study contributes to understanding sustainable human-centered approaches to AI adoption.
