Employee competency is essential to achieving organizational success in today's cutthroat financial climate. The analysis of staff training demands and their effects on organizational performance in Nagpur's private banks is the main goal of this study. Using both primary and secondary data, the study takes an analytical approach. Effective training needs analysis improves worker productivity, job satisfaction, and overall organizational efficiency, according to the findings. Along with highlighting the difficulties private banks confront, the report offers suggestions for bettering training procedures.
