This research paper examines the ethical challenges arising from rapid technological growth in contemporary societies. Technological advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, digital platforms, and data analytics have transformed social, economic, and political life. However, these developments raise critical ethical concerns related to privacy, accountability, inequality, bias, and human autonomy. The study analyzes how emerging technologies challenge existing ethical frameworks and governance mechanisms. A socio-ethical perspective is adopted to explore institutional responses and policy gaps. Issues such as data misuse, algorithmic discrimination, surveillance, and digital exclusion are discussed. The findings suggest that ethical governance, transparency, and public awareness are essential for responsible innovation. The study contributes to technology ethics and social responsibility discourse
