This research paper examines post-pandemic transformations in social behavior and mental health in contemporary societies following the COVID-19 crisis. The pandemic disrupted social interactions, work patterns, family life, and community engagement, leading to lasting psychological and behavioral changes. The study explores shifts in social relationships, digital dependence, social isolation, and mental health outcomes such as anxiety, depression, and stress. A socio-psychological framework is employed to analyze how structural disruptions and adaptive responses shaped post-pandemic behavior. The paper also highlights inequalities in mental health recovery across social groups. Findings suggest that while new forms of social connection emerged, mental health vulnerabilities intensified. Strengthening social support and mental health systems is essential for post-pandemic recovery.
