This research paper examines technology access among marginalized communities in developing nations and its implications for social and economic inclusion. Digital technologies have become essential for education, employment, healthcare, and civic participation. However, unequal access to technology reinforces existing social inequalities and marginalization. The study explores how structural, economic, and institutional barriers limit digital inclusion for vulnerable groups. A socio-developmental framework is used to analyze policy challenges and inclusion strategies. The paper highlights disparities related to income, gender, geography, and education. Findings indicate that inclusive technology policies can significantly enhance social mobility and empowerment. The study emphasizes the role of public policy and community initiatives. It contributes to debates on digital inclusion and equitable development.
