Human Resource (HR) policies play a vital role in managing employees effectively in any organization. HR policies provide clear guidelines related to recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal, promotions, employee welfare, and disciplinary procedures. These policies help maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency in organizational operations. However, developing HR policies alone is not sufficient; their effective implementation is equally important. Proper implementation of HR policies helps employees understand their roles, responsibilities, rights, and benefits. Effective implementation improves employee morale, productivity, job satisfaction, and organizational performance. It also helps in maintaining discipline, avoiding misunderstandings, and ensuring compliance with organizational rules and regulations. The main objective of this study is to examine the HR policies followed in Amruth Agro Farm Pvt. Ltd. and evaluate how effectively these policies are implemented in the organization. The study also analyzes employee awareness and satisfaction regarding HR policies and identifies the problems faced during implementation. Based on the findings of the study, suitable suggestions are provided to improve HR practices and organizational performance
