Abstract

Work-life balance has become an important factor influencing employee productivity and organizational performance in today's competitive work environment. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal life enables employees to maintain physical and mental well-being, resulting in higher job satisfaction, motivation, and efficiency. This study examines the impact of work-life balance on employee productivity using secondary data collected from books, research journals, reports, and reliable online sources. The findings indicate that organizations promoting flexible working hours, leave policies, employee wellness programs, and supportive work environments experience higher employee engagement and productivity. However, excessive workload, work-related stress, and inadequate organizational support negatively affect employees' performance. The study concludes that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for enhancing employee productivity and achieving sustainable organizational growth.
