EMPLOYEE PERCEPTIONS TOWARD ONLINE VERSUS ONSITE HR TRAINING IN NAGPUR’S INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS

The active evolution of digital technologies has changed the Human resource development, and the online training is more acceptable variant in comparison with traditional onsite training. The study proposed aims at investigating the behavior of employees towards on-line and off-line HR training at Nagpur based industrialites. The variables that the study quantifies using a mixed-method lens are training performance, activity, talent development, and comprehensive employee satisfaction, on the management and operational level. The paper highlights the weaknesses and strengths of the two forms of training relative to such aspects as flexibility, interactivity, personalization, and hands-on learning. In the results the onsite training despite being not as convenient and accessible as online training is crucial however, with regard to the acquisition of experience and interpersonal skills. The study has practical implications to the HR managers in developing effective hybrid training programs that will effectively maximize employee performance and organizations development.
