This research paper examines the social dimensions of workplace stress in contemporary organizations, focusing on how organizational culture, social relationships, and structural conditions influence employee well-being. Workplace stress has emerged as a critical concern due to changing work patterns, performance pressures, and job insecurity. Beyond individual factors, stress is shaped by social interactions, power relations, and institutional practices. The study explores how social environments within organizations contribute to stress experiences. A socio-organizational framework is adopted to analyze stress determinants and outcomes. The paper highlights the implications of workplace stress for mental health, productivity, and social relationships. Findings suggest that supportive social structures and inclusive organizational practices can mitigate stress. Addressing social dimensions is essential for sustainable workplace well-being.
